Due to the nature of our digital products and service-based work, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided once:
A service has started,
A digital asset has been delivered,
Access to any system, workflow, or automation has been granted.
This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of intellectual property.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued only under the following rare conditions:
a. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge.
b. Payment Error

c. Service Not Delivered
If BrandsBoost.io is unable to deliver the purchased service due to our internal limitations (not due to client delay, lack of access, or incomplete requirements), you may qualify for a refund.

AI voice agent development
Digital products, templates, and workflows
Consulting or strategy sessions
Subscription fees
Training programs, courses, or mentorship
Custom integrations, API setups, and onboarding work
Time-based services already completed
Once work begins, the payment becomes non-refundable.
. Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be granted if:
The client does not provide required access or information,
The client delays communication,
The client changes their mind after purchase,
The service is complete but results vary (as results depend on external factors),
AI outputs do not meet subjective expectations — as AI responses can vary.
. Processing Refunds
If you qualify for a refund:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days,
The refund will be issued to the original payment method,
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
. Chargebacks
If a client files an unjustified chargeback:
Access to all services, accounts, files, and platforms will be revoked,
The client may be banned from future services,
Legal action may be taken to recover losses.
We encourage clients to contact us before initiating any dispute.
